Loveland 402 Corridor Sanitary Sewer

« Return to Project Search

The City of Loveland selected Ayres to provide preliminary design of sanitary sewer collection infrastructure along a 3-mile stretch of Highway 402 from I-25 to Boise Avenue in preparation for future development in this corridor. Work included an alignment study, identification of utility and structure conflicts, survey and property ownership research, sewer modeling, and preliminary construction drawings.

A subsequent work order involved additional work to develop a preliminary design for a wastewater system to serve the southern portion of the project area that was previously designated to have on-site septic system wastewater service. The existing 402 corridor preliminary design also was updated to reduce the depth of pipe where possible. Work included alignment review and adjustments, sewer modeling, preliminary construction drawings, and a preliminary wastewater design report. The collection system includes gravity pipes, force mains, and public and private lift stations.
