Our team designed the site master plan and buildings for this 40-unit low-income housing tax credit project in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.

The project consists of two 12-unit buildings and one 16-unit building along with 20 detached garages arranged in two buildings, a children’s play area, community gazebo, and patio. The project also features a hot-water in-floor heating system throughout both levels of each building.

The Ayres team worked closely with the project owner, adhering to the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority design guidelines and achieving a “Green Built Homes” certification.

The $4 million, 40,000-square-foot apartment project was completed in July 2016.
