Faith Community Church Planning and Phase 1 Design

« Return to Project Search

Our team helped Faith Community Church create a master plan to allow this growing congregation to proactively plan for current and future needs. The existing church facility was constructed over several phases, and any future phases need to tie into and flow well with the existing building. To offer the congregation flexibility, the master plan is designed to be built in phases.

To move the project forward, our team provided three design options ranging from $1 million to $5 million; these choices allowed the congregation to make informed decisions as they balanced their finances with their space needs. Spaces incorporated additional classrooms, administration areas, a bookstore/resource center, and an expanded narthex area for gathering after worship. Ultimately the church moved forward with a $2.6 million project that included expanding youth and common areas and relocating the nursery. Construction was completed in 2015.
