« Return to Project Search

Ayres was retained to evaluate the conditions of three residence halls, a wellness center, and a student center at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. The report also evaluated the suitability of these buildings for future remodeling projects.

Ayres reviewed existing facility data and interviewed facilities staff to become familiar with building construction and maintenance history. Ayres also examined the general condition and capabilities of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, plumbing, and fire protection systems and evaluated the existing food service equipment and venues.

Services included development of conceptual plans, determination of anticipated food service equipment needs and costs, development of opinion of probable project costs, and completion of a final report.
