REVE Underdrain Design
Ayres conducted the site investigation and hydraulic modeling required to design a permanent groundwater underdrain system for two proposed multi-use buildings with two-story underground parking for the REVE Development in Boulder, Colorado. The design investigation included performing groundwater sampling for water quality determination, in-situ slug testing to determine hydraulic conductivity, and modeling groundwater movement using… Read More »
Groundwater Resource Assessment
Ayres is providing various scenarios relating to the effects of groundwater pumping on stream flows in New Mexico. Using U.S. Geological Survey groundwater models as the base data, the models are being revised to assess various scenarios for groundwater pumping within the Middle Rio Grande Basin Aquifer in New Mexico to project the impacts groundwater… Read More »
30th & Pearl Groundwater Study
In partnership with Coburn Architecture, Ayres provided groundwater consulting services for the multi-building development at 30th and Pearl across the street from the Reve Development in Boulder, Colorado. Ayres supervised the installation of two new monitoring wells and conducted in-situ hydraulic conductivity slug testing and water quality sampling to characterize the groundwater at the site.… Read More »
