Dog Branch Creek Feasibility Study & Improvements

« Return to Project Search

Ayres prepared a feasibility study for Putnam County and developed improvement alternatives to clean Dog Branch Creek between SR 207 and CR 207 A. The improvements are aimed at helping to restore the creek and improve the creek’s hydraulic conveyance, in turn helping to reduce the potential for flooding impacts to agricultural and residential land interests. The project begins at the SR 207 right-of-way and ends at the CR 207A right-of-way.

Services included preliminary engineering to perform the necessary study analysis and the design of plans for bid documents and agency permitting for the recommended improvements. Tasks include survey, data collection, field reviews, hydraulic models of existing and proposed conditions, plans for recommended alternatives, and agency permitting.
