This contract also contains the NBIS Greater Orlando Airport sites that fall under the local government inspection project. Ayres is providing inspections, documentation of deficiencies, BrM/BMS report production, repair recommendations, and load ratings. All work under the initial contract was completed in 24 months from the notice to proceed, and the contract was renewed for another two-year cycle.

Inspection types include routine, interim, initial, fracture critical, and special inspections. Underwater inspections are performed by OSHA-compliant FDOT/NBIS dive teams. Duties also include accident inspections or other unplanned events, which require dynamic scheduling. Load rating calculations are performed for newly constructed or rehabilitated bridges or to adequately assess current structural conditions.
