I provide urban and campus planning, grant strategy and funding implementation, community outreach, research, data analysis, and assistance on economic development and land use planning. I'm passionate about community development and outreach, and I'm a skilled project manager with a strong record of building consensus and facilitating change.
I've provided planning expertise as a consultant and from a variety of public sector positions, having worked for a regional planning commission, a transit authority, a township, and cities including Minneapolis. Because I've been a municipal administrator, I have a solid understanding of all municipal operations.
I research and analyze data related to social, housing, commercial development, economic, population, environmental, and land use trends. I develop comprehensive, Main Street, and other urban plans and conduct downtown redevelopment studies. My wide-ranging expertise includes:
