I bring to projects more than 15 years of experience in construction observation and design on freeway, rural roadway, and municipal street projects. As a construction project engineer, I provide full on-site construction observation services, including quality control testing, erosion control review, traffic control review, public involvement, and quantity measurement and documentation. I have responsibilities in the design phase as well, including project management, roadway design, and urban street and utility design.
I also provide structural inspection, including topside and underwater inspection of a variety of bridges as well as ancillary structure inspection as a qualified inspection team leader. I have completed bridge inspections for state and local government agencies and have prepared the associated reports.
