I bring over three decades of public sector experience to my work as a business development specialist in northeast Wisconsin and beyond. I'm passionate about establishing local partnerships to develop strong and resilient communities, and my experience gives me a solid understanding of local government operations. I previously served as the director of public works for the City of Appleton, where I oversaw over 150 employees, administered a $60 million budget, and developed and implemented the department's long-range strategic plan.

I've had success in deploying effective leadership and management strategies in urban and rural communities. As part of Ayres' Midwest Transportation Division, I focus on assisting clients in achieving their business objectives while helping our transportation professionals to forge strong, lasting partnerships with our clients.
