I joined Ayres' Water Resources Group after serving as a water management engineer with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for 10 years. I have a comprehensive understanding of the rules and implementation of Wisconsin’s dam safety, floodplain, waterway, and wetland programs, as well as the National Flood Insurance Program. My specializations include:
- Engineering analysis of dams and other physical alterations of surface waters
- Dam design, repair, and rehabilitation
- Dam abandonment and removals
- Dam inspections
- Emergency response
- Fisheries and waterfowl habitat design
- Hydrologic and hydraulic analyses
