Scott Maier, PE, has joined our Waukesha, Wisconsin, office as a civil/municipal project manager, bringing local and nationwide experience that includes successfully completed developments in more than 25 states.

Maier is experienced in design, permitting, construction management, asset management, entitlements, and real estate contracts. He brings a big-picture approach to projects in which he works skillfully with multi-discipline teams of clients, contractors, municipal officials, designers, and financial and legal stakeholders. Maier is known for thinking outside the box to find cost reductions while working with regulators to find acceptable solutions when municipal codes seem to present roadblocks to a project.

Maier holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University. He is a registered professional engineer in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, and Colorado.
