Breyonne Jeter has joined Ayres as a senior planner/project manager within the Development Services division. Jeter adds to the depth of our team with her leadership and expertise in planning and design projects across the Southeast.

Based in Tampa, Florida, Jeter will oversee project execution, support team initiatives, and drive business development. Her responsibilities include managing client relationships, presenting at conferences, and promoting Ayres’ services to clients and partners. Jeter’s ability to connect with colleagues and clients, paired with her deep knowledge of public and private sector pain points, helps her to understand and meet clients’ needs.

Jeter’s positive attitude and strategic insight have earned her a reputation for excellence. Her extensive experience helps Ayres deliver results tailored to each client.

Jeter holds a bachelor’s degree in urban and community studies from the University of Connecticut, a master’s degree in regional and city planning from Ohio State University, and a master’s degree in ecological design from the Conway School of Landscape Design.
