Oakwood Ridge Apartments

Oakwood Business Park selected Ayres to design a new 49-unit apartment building on the south side of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. It has a footprint of 19,500 square feet with three stories above grade and one story below grade. The upscale apartments include studios, one- and two-bedroom units, and Americans With Disabilities Act accessible units. All apartments except for the studios have private decks or patios. The complex includes a fitness center, a barbecue/picnic area, and secure underground parking, all set at the foot of a scenic wooded ridge.
