Senior Project Manager Joins Ayres’ Water Resources Team

Ayres is pleased to announce the hiring of Robert Moore, PE, as a senior project manager based in the firm’s Fort Collins, Colorado, office. Moore brings more than three decades of experience in water resources engineering, hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, transportation drainage design, and infrastructure project management.
Throughout his career, Moore has led and supported a wide variety of transportation, drainage, and water resources projects across the Rocky Mountain region. His technical expertise includes hydraulic and hydrologic design, large-scale plan production, roadway-related drainage systems, and multidisciplinary project delivery.
Moore will support Ayres’ Drainage & Stormwater team while helping lead project delivery, manage complex assignments, mentor staff, and help strengthen client relationships throughout the region.

Moore earned both a Bachelor of Science in broadcast journalism and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Wyoming before earning a Master of Engineering degree from Colorado State University. He is licensed as a professional engineer in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming.
An active member of the engineering community, Moore has long been involved with the American Society of Civil Engineers and has developed strong professional relationships throughout northern Colorado. As past president and current treasurer of the ASCE Northern Colorado Branch, he has worked closely with engineering professionals across the region while helping lead one of the area’s most active professional organizations.
He joins Ayres after a distinguished career serving transportation and water resources clients throughout the region.
