Seeing (the Landscape) is Believing

Chris Silewski brings clients’ ideas to life right before their eyes – long before dirt is moved, bricks are placed, flowers are planted, or pavement is poured.

He joined Ayres Associates in March as a landscape designer with a specialty in three-dimensional conceptual design and proficiency in the latest software programs, including AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and the Adobe Creative Suite. He has designed several high-profile projects in the Denver area and in North Dakota.

“My skill set can help illustrate projects in the 3-D world,” he says. The designs are “fluid and responsive,” meaning clients can easily change their minds on things – colors, shapes, patterns – and get a nearly immediate response on what it would look like. “We can give them a pretty dynamic picture.”

Chris graduated from North Dakota State University with bachelor’s degrees in landscape architecture and environmental design. Chris joined Ayres with seven years of experience.
