Cumberland Project Was Tall Order

Dean Bergstrom of the City of Cumberland’s Municipal Utility fit an entire water tower into his selfie to become a winner in our contest. And it’s not just any water tower. The Wisconsin project is a 600,000-gallon composite tower whose final plans and specs Ayres completed in less than three weeks to meet a grant deadline. That grant paid for half of the project, and a low-interest loan financed the other half of the $2.4 million project. Congratulations, Dean!
