Alex Cowan, PE, PTOE, has been promoted to senior project manager within Ayres’ Midwest Transportation team. Based in the Waukesha, Wisconsin office, Cowan is a traffic engineer with 19 years of experience and serves as a leader within the traffic engineering discipline.
Throughout his career at Ayres, Cowan has led a wide range of traffic engineering projects, providing technical leadership, independent decision-making, and a demonstrated commitment to delivering successful outcomes for clients. He is trusted for his sound judgment, professionalism, and ability to manage complex project responsibilities while supporting the performance and growth of the traffic engineering team.
