New Raleigh Office Marks Next Phase of Ayres’ Growth in North Carolina

Ayres officially opens its Raleigh, North Carolina, office on August 17, expanding its footprint in the state and marking the next phase of the company’s growth.

As one of the nation’s fastest-growing metropolitan areas and a key economic engine for North Carolina, Raleigh offers an ideal location for Ayres to better serve our clients, strengthen partnerships, and support the state’s ongoing development. The opening of our Raleigh office represents Ayres’ commitment to North Carolina and complements our established presence in Burlington.

Strategically located in the heart of the Research Triangle, the Raleigh office positions Ayres to support existing and future clients throughout the state. Our team is currently providing services on several important projects for the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) and the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ), and this new office allows us to work even more closely with these valued clients and partners.

“North Carolina has been an exciting growth market for Ayres, and opening our Raleigh office is a natural next step in building upon the relationships and momentum we’ve established across the state,” said Binoy Panicker, AICP, senior director of planning and infrastructure and our Raleigh office lead. “What excites me most is the opportunity to bring together talented professionals from North Carolina and across the company to solve complex challenges for our clients. This office gives us a place to collaborate, innovate, and continue investing in the people, projects, and communities that are shaping North Carolina’s future.”

At this time, the Raleigh office offers civil and municipal engineering and planning services, complementing our Burlington-based survey services and connecting clients with the expertise of Ayres professionals across the country in a multitude of additional services. Our employee-owners bring experience in transportation engineering, environmental services, municipal and civil engineering, land surveying, subsurface utility engineering, planning, water resources, and other specialty services needed to advance complex infrastructure and development projects.

More than just a new office, Raleigh will serve as a hub for Ayres’ continued growth in North Carolina. The office provides a prominent location for key new hires and future expansion as we continue building a strong local presence. It also creates a collaborative venue where Ayres can bring together its best minds from across the country to develop innovative solutions and deliver exceptional service to clients who are shaping North Carolina’s infrastructure and communities. Ayres is excited to deepen our investment in North Carolina, where communities, agencies, and industries have created tremendous opportunities for Ayres to do meaningful work.

Whether you would like to hire our team, partner with our team, or become part of our team, Binoy Panicker would love to hear from you.
