New Business Development Specialist Joins Midwest Transportation Division

Dean Steingraber has joined Ayres as a business development specialist in our Green Bay, Wisconsin, office. Steingraber will bring his 40+ years of public sector experience to build strong client partnerships for the Midwest Transportation division in northeast Wisconsin and surrounding communities.
Steingraber will leverage practical and technical leadership and expertise with public infrastructure and government operations to further our transportation professionals’ client partnership goals. His stewardship and collaboration across public departments, highway committees, municipal boards, and business leaderships required a strong sense of fiscal responsibility, strategic resource allocation, and public engagement. He has worked tirelessly to help others build unity toward a common goal that benefits all.
He will proactively monitor and evaluate emerging industry trends, shifting marketplace conditions, evolving client needs, and potential growth opportunities within the transportation sector. Leveraging this insight, he will help shape and refine corporate strategy to ensure alignment with market demands and long-term business objectives. In addition, he will support our project managers’ business development efforts by building new client partnerships and strengthening current relationships, identifying and pursuing new project opportunities, assisting in the preparation of proposals and qualifications packages, and coordinating with technical teams to position the firm competitively.
“Dean will fit in with the long history of business development professionals that we’ve had in the Green Bay area. His integrity, his honesty is so apparent,” said Dave Pantzlaff, PE, director of Midwest transportation services.
Steingraber holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He is also a member of the Police and Fire Commission in New London and sits on the hospital advisory committee board for ThedaCare New London.
