« Return to Project Search

Our team prepared and performed all necessary engineering design and due diligence for improvements to Holly Drive and the Holly Drive/50th Street intersection. Services included survey, design, permitting, and construction administration. The following improvements were completed:

  • Added a right-turn lane on Holly Drive from Sycamore Drive to 50th Street.

  • Added two 4-foot bike lanes and one-foot shoulders on each side of Holly Drive from Maple Drive to 50th Street.

  • Extended the existing sidewalk from Birch Drive to 50th Street on the north side of Holly Drive.

  • Added sidewalk from Maple Drive to the end of Parking Lot 35 on the south side of Holly Drive.

  • Provided landscape and irrigation design for the north and south sides of Holly Drive.

  • Added pedestrian lighting for sidewalks.

We provided planning and conceptual layout, final site plans, construction drawings, local and state permitting, and construction phase services. Our team also provided subsurface utility engineering (SUE) and utility locating services. Conflicts with the potable water system were abated by designing around the facilities. This project was designed and constructed in four months.
