Binoy Panicker, AICP, has brought his broad experience and global view to the Development Division. Based in Tampa, Panicker applies his creativity and over 20 years of U.S. and international planning, design, and project management experience to his work delivering comprehensive, innovative community planning and urban design solutions. He assists clients with master planning, transportation planning, public infrastructure, market feasibility, land development, landscape architecture, building design, environmental planning, utilities infrastructure design, and marine engineering.

Panicker holds a Master of Arts in Urban Design from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Kerala University, and he holds his planning certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners. He is skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe CS, ArcView GIS, and SketchUp.
