PJ Shaw, PE, has been promoted to project manager within the transportation staff in the Fort Collins, Colorado, office. Shaw’s promotion reflects his proven leadership and expertise in delivering complex projects over his three years with the firm.

In his new role Shaw will manage project financials, resource allocation, and client relationships while overseeing transportation, river restoration, and post-fire recovery initiatives. His responsibilities include detailed budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring efficient resource use to meet project objectives. Shaw will also serve as a direct supervisor for field staff, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative team environment to drive performance and professional development.

Shaw’s cross-disciplinary experience and proactive problem-solving have earned him a reputation for consistently delivering on client expectations. His strategic vision and organizational skills position him to lead projects with precision and innovation.
