Oligmueller Named Mechanical Discipline Leader for MEP in Upper Midwest

Licia Oligmueller Inside AyresLicia Oligmueller, PE, LEED AP BD+C, has been promoted to mechanical discipline leader in our Upper Midwest MEP operations. In her new role, Oligmueller supervises the work of our Minnesota mechanical engineering staff. She is responsible for quality assurance and managing and matching our staffing to our workload.

Oligmueller has 18 years of experience, having served clients across the commercial, retail, local government, military, industrial, education, and industrial sectors. She looks forward to growing the next generation of engineering staff and enjoys lining up the right people to do the right work to deliver results that impress clients.

Oligmueller is recognized by her teammates and our clients for her thought leadership and her dedication to service. She is an integral member of our team and an experienced mechanical engineering leader who has analyzed and designed systems including HVAC, controls, plumbing/piping systems, and fire protection.

Oligmueller holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from North Dakota State University-Fargo and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional in building design and construction. She is a registered professional engineer in Minnesota. Oligmueller shows her commitment to her profession by serving as administrative secretary of the Minnesota chapter of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers. She is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers; the American Council of Engineering Companies; and the U.S. Green Building Council.
