Lisa Fugett just joined Ayres as a grant writer, bringing 12 years of professional experience to her work securing grants from state and federal agencies and private sources. Her work includes maintaining regular contact with the staff of funding agencies and strategically planning among Ayres staff to zero in on clients’ funding needs and opportunities. Fugett is experienced in securing grant funding, executing marketing campaigns, and using data analysis and workflow improvements to raise efficiency and cut costs.

Fugett leads grant proposal efforts and works with key staff to develop and implement grant strategies to assist new and existing clients with securing funding for their projects. She is a team leader who specializes in strategic communication and change management. She is based in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin, office and is part of the Engineering Services Division.
