Goranson Steps up to MEP Business Development Role

Lyssa Goranson Staff PortraitLyssa Goranson, LEED AP BD+C, has been promoted to business development strategist for the MEP Division’s Upper Midwest group. Goranson has been with Gausman & Moore, a Division of Ayres, for 22 years and has time and again shown her dedication and commitment to the company’s success.

As an integral player in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Division, her expertise has enabled us to shape the MEP Division into a well-oiled machine. Goranson’s new responsibilities include implementing business development best practices for the division. She excels at maintaining existing and new client relationships. With those skills, Goranson will identify opportunities for our MEP experts and find new markets for them to serve. Her experience as an electrical designer helps her to understand both the big picture and the details that typify complex projects.

Lyssa goes out of her way to be extremely responsive and has a knack for putting great teams together to win projects. She is well suited for this new role.”

Goranson holds an associate’s degree in applied science in electrical construction design and management from Dunwoody Technical Institute. She is an accredited Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design professional in building design and construction and is an active participant in many professional organizations, including the North Central Electrical League and the U.S Green Building Council’s Minnesota chapter.
