The Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce presented Ayres the Young Professionals Best Place to Work Award last week, bringing recognition to a talented and active group of employee-owners in our headquarters in west-central Wisconsin. The award was part of the Chamber’s Bravo to Business program.

One of the core values Ayres devotes itself to is challenging, supporting, and recognizing our employee-owners, and that starts with our young professionals (YPs). Ayres provides its staff a roadmap for progressing into greater responsibility as they advance in their careers, and younger staff are encouraged to get involved in their community. Our Eau Claire office’s YP group regularly provides much of the fuel that drives efforts including United Way Day of Caring, Adopt a Highway cleanups, Miracle League volunteering, Downtown Eau Claire, Inc., involvement, and Eau Claire Youth Cycling coaching.

Ayres’ YPs recently facilitated the inaugural Owen Ayres Cup, which spurred over half of the Eau Claire office’s staff to participate in outings that created lasting memories and built a collaborative spirit among staff. Ayres understands that the firm’s growth relies on the personal and professional growth of our employees, including many YPs, who are foundational to Ayres’ continued success.
