August 4, 2022
Josh Olhava, AICP, PCCP, has been promoted to senior project manager. With over 10 years of experience – mostly working in the public sector as a community planner – Olhava has proved he is more than capable of the job with his history working on many successful projects.
With this new position, Olhava will be taking on a leadership role on projects, managing them from start to finish using his keen eye for detail. In addition to his mind for design, Olhava has expanded Ayres’ Development Services Division offerings by bringing an extensive background in local government experience to help clients achieve their goals.
“Josh has demonstrated exceptional skills at managing complex projects and will be taking his career to the next level,” says Matt Ashby, AICP CUD, manager of western development services.
Olhava is certified with the American Institute of Certified Planners and is a Prosci certified change practitioner. He holds a master’s degree in community planning from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor’s degree in community and regional planning from Iowa State University.
