When Things Get Complicated,
Ayres Clears Your Path

There’s that moment when you realize a project has hundreds of moving parts and dozens of stakeholders, regulators, and garden variety opinionators. That’s when you’re glad you have Ayres. It’s hard to overestimate the value of a firm that’s taken the time to get to know you, your goals, and the people, permits, and regulations that stand between you and your ribbon cutting.

Next: Specializing

What’s Better Than
a Jack of all Trades?

A master of all trades, of course. You probably wear a lot of hats, and some of them are a poor fit. Ayres has specialists in over 100 services, so when you call and ask us if we have thoughts on how to apply for a block grant, remove radium from drinking water, redevelop a brownfield, analyze your building’s structural capacity, assess your geothermal system, or create renderings that will sell your proposed project to the public, the right Aryes expert is at your service.

Does it Matter if Your Consultant Treats You As a Partner?

Having a consultant that communicates with you regularly and partners with you for the long haul means they’re looking years down the road, not just handing over deliverables that meet the minimum requirements. Our civil engineers and other experts take the time to understand where your community or company wants to be in 10 years, what related project is coming up in three years, and how it might be funded. That’s how you connect today’s project to tomorrow’s reality.

What Motivates Your Consultant?

Ayres’ Civil + Municipal experts go beyond partnering with you. They’re so invested that they feel like your neighbors, like members of your community. Our specialists genuinely feel devoted to your future and designing the best possible infrastructure to make that future as bright as possible.

“The Ayres team never wavered in their commitment to the project and stakeholders as they transformed our dream into reality.”
– Kimera Way, former president, Eau Claire Community Complex

Why would I do wastewater collection system monitoring?
+
-

Ayres boldly goes where no one wants to go, providing wastewater collection system monitoring that consists of confined space entry, live flow monitoring, sampling, corrosion assessment, and concrete and metal deterioration analysis. These services allow municipalities to manage risk and save considerable money by determining when system renovations are needed – before they become a considerable repair and cleanup issue.

A consultant with a wide range of development services under one roof can take care of the following – whether it’s for a single site or an entire business park: survey, staking, stormwater design, permit filing, parking lot and utilities design, and grading and erosion control plans. Large developments require roadway layout and design, utility systems planning and design, street lighting, and signage.
