Ayres Names Minnesota Transportation Lead

Andrew Nordseth, PE, has been named to the new position of Minnesota transportation lead in Ayres’ St. Paul office, where he will apply his over 25 years of consulting experience to ignite further growth in Ayres’ multidisciplinary service offerings in Minnesota. His start date was December 1.
With his leadership and mentoring skills, his project management background, and his experience serving state departments of transportation, the U.S. Forest Service, the City of St. Paul, and other Minnesota municipalities and counties, Nordseth will cultivate partnerships between Ayres’ talented employee-owners and the firm’s current and prospective clients.

Wetland delineations, environmental assessments, and roadway lighting are among the many Ayres specializations Nordseth will integrate into Minnesota transportation project teams, as needed.
“We are so fortunate to have Andy join our Minnesota transportation team,” says Eric Sorensen, PE, vice president of Midwest Transportation. “He’s a down-to-earth, hard-working professional who has earned the trust of Minnesota transportation and public works officials at the state, county, and municipal levels. His leadership will ensure that we serve our Minnesota clients according to their preferred processes. Ayres’ range of services beyond core highway and bridge design work will add value to the projects we deliver.”

He is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
