Logan Seipel, PG, hydrogeologist, has been promoted to the next level of project management among the environmental experts in the Development Services Division. In his new role, Seipel will take on greater autonomy in steering projects and developing client relationships, solidifying himself as a key contributor to the Midwestern Group within the division.

Based in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin, office, Seipel steps into this elevated role after thriving in his previous project management role, where he showcased a natural talent for managing an array of environmental projects. He has consistently demonstrated a blend of organizational skills, technical expertise, and leadership on projects ranging from routine Phase 1 environmental site assessments to complex hydrogeologic modeling, full-scale site investigations, and even grant applications. Colleagues who have worked alongside him appreciate his ability to communicate effectively and guide projects to successful completion, no matter the scale.

Beyond project oversight, Seipel will continue mentoring two employee-owners. Known for supporting his team, he balances independence with experience to know when to seek the expertise of seasoned staff, enhancing his own development along with the success of those he mentors. The promotion will position Seipel to continue his focus on independent project execution, client engagement, and staff leadership within the environmental team. Seipel is a registered professional geologist in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Florida. He holds a bachelor’s degree in geoscience (hydrogeology option) from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and a master’s degree in hydrogeology from Illinois State University.
