Ban Tara Retail Center

The Ban Tara Lot 1 building set the design precedent for future buildings in this 22-acre development in a high-visibility, high-traffic area of Hudson. The owners wanted to create a striking building that would draw customers. The 10,011-square-foot, single-story structure has a clear-span interior, allowing flexibility for up to seven tenants.

The gabled roof over Starbucks helps the building’s anchor tenant to stand out. Our team has since designed two more buildings in this development.
