Danielle brings passion, professionalism, and enthusiasm to her duties of attracting highly skilled staff to serve Ayres Associates' clients. She oversees recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and hiring efforts and is responsible for recruitment advertising, contracts with employment agencies, and compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines and goals. Danielle maintains relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources. She performs job candidate searches, attends career fairs, and prepares offer letters.
