Civil or Municipal Project Manager #1867

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced civil/municipal project manager to join our talented staff to manage projects, develop proposals and lead design efforts on municipal and private client projects in our Green Bay, Wisconsin office. Qualifications required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
  • Wisconsin Professional Engineer registration or ability to achieve within one year
  • Progressive experience managing municipal projects preferably in Wisconsin, the ability to create and maintain working relationships with clients, funding partners and permitting agencies
  • Experience developing and maintaining clients and obtaining new and repeat work
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to conduct effective client presentations
  • Ability to work effectively independently and with other team members in multiple offices
  • AutoCAD experience beneficial
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Knowledge of applicable state and federal rules and regulations related to civil improvement projects


  • Design of municipal and civil engineering projects including water supply and distribution, sanitary sewers, water main, storm water systems, streets, and other public and private development projects
  • Work with both private and public clients for various site development and municipal projects
  • Manage projects, scope and develop proposals, and lead design efforts on municipal and private client projects
  • Proven ability to monitor project budgets to a successful outcome, oversee project teams and meet client expectations
  • Gather and analyze data on municipal projects and prepare reports, plans and specifications and cost estimates
  • Coordinate and oversee construction activities on various types of projects
  • Expand our client base and cross sell services
  • Other duties as assigned
