Craig joined Ayres Associates in 1999, bringing experience as a project engineer responsible for construction observation and quantity calculations and as a survey crew member. As a municipal engineer, Craig is responsible for managing and designing municipal and site civil projects; assisting transportation engineers with stormwater design; preparing earthwork computations; assisting in CADD development of plans, maps, and projects; and preparing plans, specifications, and bidding documents. He communicates directly with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and subconsultants. Craig assists with proposal writing, presentations, and project estimating.
In his role as a resident construction engineer, Craig is responsible for construction administration and construction observation; supervision of construction staff; and enforcement of company safety polices.
