Town of Menasha’s Fritsch Park No Longer on the Fritz

Fristch_Park_FiguresWLUK-TV in Green Bay broadcast a series of reports about the Town of Menasha’s new Fritsch Park, an engineering success story for Ayres Associates.

The Town invested $1.4 million for improvements to the park, and Ayres (project manager Mike Liebman) played a significant role in the park’s revitalization.

The 18-acre neighborhood park consists of open field areas, a group fitness area, athletic fields, tennis court, basketball court, expanded pavilion, playground, ice rink, and sledding hill. The goal of the project was to dry out a wet park, and based on Fox 11’s videos from its “Good Day Wisconsin” morning show, the stormwater management features designed by Ayres are working nicely.

Check out the videos (“Park Renovations,” “New Courts,” and “Playground Equipment“) and Village information on the park.
