Qualified
candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil or
Environmental Engineering, have 0 to 4 years of related
engineering experience, and be an EIT in Wisconsin. Any experience in the following areas beneficial: municipal
design, InRoads, MicroStation, modeling (water, sewer and
stormwater), and construction observation/ administration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Assists in the
design of municipal and civil engineering projects including
streets, storm drainage systems, sanitary sewers, water
distribution, wastewater and other public infrastructure. Gathers
and analyzes data on municipal and commercial projects and
prepares reports. Responsible for conducting field investigation
of design problems, as well as construction
observation/engineering duties, including field layout of
projects, quantity measurement, record keeping, contractor pay
estimate preparation, and materials testing. Will work with both
private and public clients for various site development and
municipal projects.
