Qualified candidate will have, at minimum, a four-year degree from an accredited school in civil or environmental engineering (a graduate degree with emphasis on water resources is preferred) and 15 years or more of relevant professional experience. Registration as a Professional Engineer in the state of Florida is required. Applicant must be familiar with the engineering market within the Tampa Bay area and Florida and be well-connected, self-motivated, and team oriented with proven client development, project management, and staff supervision capabilities.  Experience with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and stormwater master planning and application of numerical models and ArcGIS in water resources is required. Working experience with water quantity and quality computer models, such as SWMM, ICPR, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, BASINS, MIKE SHE/MIKE 11, and WASP is highly desirable.  Experience in water and sewer utility design and environmental management is a plus.


Successful candidate will manage water resources and environmental projects, perform and/or supervise relevant technical tasks, prepare technical documents and proposals, supervise and mentor junior staff, develop new projects, maintain existing clients, and make a strong contribution to the growth of the team.  This individual will be stationed in Tampa office and work with other offices as required. He/she will be responsible for development of projects in civil, environmental, and water resources engineering areas.
