The ideal candidate will have BS degree, M.S. preferred, in civil
or transportation engineering with a minimum of 5 years of project
management experience. Wisconsin Professional Engineer
registration (or ability to obtain within 6 months) and experience
with Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) design
standards and project development process required. Project
management experience with urban and rural transportation projects
with local governments also desirable. Familiarity with project
document production including reports, design standards,
public involvement, and plan production
experience beneficial.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required. |
Successful candidate will represent the company to our clients by
performing project management duties and leading design teams for
transportation projects. Position will include business
development, proposal development, client contacts, project
selection interviews, contract preparation, scheduling, and subconsultant coordination. Position will be responsible for all
project finances including budget, monitoring, billing, and
collections. Will lead project team activities including preparation of
reports, plans, and specifications.
