Qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 10 years of related engineering experience.  Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin (or ability to be registered in Wisconsin within 6 months), experience with civil/water resources projects, strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong business development skills and interests are required in this position.  Experience in general civil engineering desirable.  Previous supervisory experience advantageous.  


 

Leads/assists in the design of water resources and civil engineering projects including hydraulic modeling, channel restoration, erosion and sedimentation analysis, hydraulic structure design, harbor and stream restoration, and design of storm water systems.  Experience with sanitary sewer and lift station design, water supply/treatment related facilities, and other public infrastructure desirable.  Works with both public and private clients for various civil/water resources projects.  Opportunities for client management and business development are expected.  Candidate will prepare project scopes, budgets and man-hour estimates; coordinate multidisciplinary teams to execute projects; participate in QA/QC process; and participate in business development, proposal preparation and presentations as well as other project management responsibilities.
