Administrative/Graphic Assistant #1723

Qualifications required:
  • A minimum of two years of graphics/administrative assistant/word processing experience required, a graphics degree beneficial
  • Experience with graphic design programs including InDesign and Photoshop required
  • Other experience with Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, Microsoft Publisher, AutoCAD or Revit experience beneficial
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Prezi experience beneficial
  • Dependability, organization, and the ability to multi-task required
  • Successful candidate must possess excellent typing, spelling, grammar, mathematical, organizational and communication skills
  • Client relations and telephone experience a plus

 

Responsibilities:
  • Operates a computer to produce reports, graphics, spreadsheets, contracts, proposals, forms, letters, marketing material and other project related documents
  • Assists with preparation of presentations with architectural staff
  • Assists the architectural staff with creating and implementing marketing plans and strategic marketing efforts
  • Greets visitors, answers telephones, and takes messages as necessary
  • Assures documents are created in conformance with company policy, style, and format
  • Writing, editing and proofreading written materials, reports, contracts, proposals, and letters
  • Orders supplies, manages office mailing and shipping
  • Assists with special office events such as charitable events, office gatherings, lunch presentations, etc.
  • Files, makes copies, assists in preparing and collating reports, and miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • This position may include some travel to the Eau Claire office on occasion and may be full or part-time
